Shipping policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@shopcloudcraft.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopcloudcraft.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Digital Products All digital downloads and software licenses are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
